1966 Built by Tamnavulin-Glenlivet Distillery Co Ltd (part of Invergordon Distillers Ltd), now part of JBB
1993 Whyte & Mackay purchased Invergordon Distillers
1995 Mothballed
2000 Opened for a short run but closed again
2007 United Spirits bought Whyte & Mackay and reopened Tamnavulin
2014 Philippines based Emperador purchased Whyte & Mackay

Tamnavullin Distillery Comments
‘Tamnavulin’means ‘mill on the hill’ in Gaelic.
Actually the only distillery situated beside the River Livet.
