1798 Early references to Blair Athol Distillery.

1860 Elizabeth Conacher took over
1882 Sold to P. McKenzie & Co and extended.
1932 Closed
1933 Purchased by Arthur Bell & Sons Ltd, but not reopened for some years.
1949 Production recommences after renovation.
1973 Stills increased from 2 to 4.
1949 Production recommences after renovation.
1985 Guiness Group buys Arthur Bells & Sons.
1987 Visitor Centre Built.
2010 A distillery exclusive bottling launched.

Monday – Sunday: 10.00am – 4.00pm

26th March to 31st October 2016:
Monday – Sunday: 10.00am – 5.00pm

Also open until 5.30pm from 1st July until 18th September 2016

November and December 2016
Monday – Sunday : 10.00am-4.00pm (Tours available hourly from 10.00am until 3.00pm)
