From original discussions and concept to final delivery,
the complete package of skills, advice, service
and production is available at their purpose built
premises in Kyle Street just north of Glasgow City
Centre and "a stone's throw" from the
M8 motorway.
They have expanded into a further 25000sq.ft factory
at the rear of our premises to cater for the drinks,
food and electronics market sectors.
Transferring
the images created in the design studio is accomplished
via another in-house facility, the Company's own
extensive Reprographic Division with state of the
art Computer -to- Plate output. In the extensive
Press Hall, the same meticulous attention to detail
ensures the work produced is to the highest standard.
The range of presses, all manufactured by Heidelberg
in two, five and six colour configurations, extends
from GTO machines to large Speedmaster units. The
company has of course ISO9002 quality accreditation.
Extensive
full sheet Foil Blocking is also carried out on
high-specification Swiss Geitz machines. The company
also has a Label Overprint Division exclusively
for the Scotch Whisky and drinks industry. The Finishing
Department next to the Press Hall has an inventory
of equally high quality equipment as well as the
staff to provide everything from label inspection,
ram punching folding and cutting.
The
Company is a "just in time" supplier to
the Scotch Whisky Industry, as well as many other
major plc companies in Scotland. As a result of
this recent investments and the opening of the new
Label Division the Company has increased its volume
of business by 40% in the past year and looks forward
to attracting new business in the future.
