In–line strength ( % Alcohol) reduction system The majority of distilleries and blending sites use our casks filling meters, Caskmaster filling heads and Flowlog computer system We have installed many spirit tank farm control systems incorporating Radar and Servo level gauges, Flowmeters, and PLC / SCADA packages to control all of the spirit movements, tanker operations etc.
Our responsibilities have included the specification and supply of all the instrumentation, MCC / PLC panels, installation of the intrinsically safe and flameproof cabling, supply of and programming of the PLC and configuring the SCADA control.
We have also calibrated all of the storage vessels using UKAS traceable equipment.
All instrumentation and measurements meet the accuracy required by Custom & Excise and the HSE safety requirements for installation in zoned areas, and where applicable the required Safety Integrity Level. (SIL)
