flourish in Skipton, an historic town that is "The Gateway to the Dales".

in premises built in 1673.......
When others have been wary of the future and the High Street stores report a drop in sales, this independent company continues to thrive. With two rooms devoted to Whisky, the range now hovers around the 650 mark, and rising! Alongside this impressive selection of bottles, Whisky related articles are for sale as well. These include, tumblers and nosing glasses, a good range of Whisky books, water jugs and display mirrors and a selection of Quaich’s.

Stocking books and glassware is nothing new to this dynamic company. When the premises were extended, some 15 years ago, wine accessories were added to give what is probably the finest range in the North of England. Here you will find over 30 different corkscrews, 6 varieties of decanting funnels and some 20 different decanters, for both Wine and Whisky. The range of glassware stocked is practical, not ornate. The range is endless and well worth a visit.
If you are not yet convinced, there are around a thousand wines on sale too, from 17 different countries around the world, including wines of limited availability to those suitable for every-day drinking.
The shop is open:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Saturdays 10am to 5pm. Bank Holidays & Sundays (December only) 11am-4pm.
